Block Chain Integration With Edge Devices to Cloud

Digital Twin

  • HMS has evolved from statistical life usage algorithms to include fuzzy logic, artificial neural networks for estimating product life.
  • Our unique approach is to use physics-based failure models, Comparing real time sensor data with simulation data, online analytics for both diagnosis and prognosis to predict failure ahead of time.
  • Validation virtual test with a physical test rig for certain test cases to ensure high integrity of the virtual models. Then running several test cases considering all possible defects using the virtual models.
  • Development of Transfer functions for physical responses from virtual test and/or simulation data (assuming data already available) – starting point
  • AI for diagnosis, physics-based analytics, ML for prognosis including estimating RUL (Remaining Useful Life), integrating reliability, probability and statistics and failure data and uncertainty quantification
  • Integrating to cloud to provide real time information on the performance, also providing data for NPD

  • Integrating test and simulation data for complex electro-mechanical system or sub-system and to develop a firm ware (physical twin) which can be placed on the actual system or sub-system for real time diagnosis or prognosis, completely connected to cloud. Data also used later for NPD
